The safety and well-being of our staff and guests is a priority that we will not compromise.
SGL was closed prior to the local governmental shelter at home orders. While working from home,
we remained busy developing plans for new processes and procedures for our reopening in order to
continue to protect our staff and panelist’s health while at our facility.
You will notice some changes when you come for a study:
• We will open a second temporary entrance/lobby on the West side of the building and install
a temporary barrier to separate the east and west sides. Only 1 guest will allowed in each
side at a time.
• Each guest will be met at the door with hand sanitizer & their temperature taken with a “no
touch” thermometer.
• A 6-foot separation will be maintained throughout the building. Staff will only come closer
for measurements that cannot be taken from 6 feet.
• Staff members will be wearing masks and gloves at all times when with panelists.
• All lab surfaces (chairs, tables, pens, clipboards, tables, instrumentation, etc.) will
be disinfected between subjects.
• Our professional cleaning service will disinfect the lab each evening.
